A Case: term baby presents with tachypnea since birth. Term male baby, BW 2.7 kg, developed tachypnea since birth. His prenatal history was unremarkable. His vital signs revealed RR 80/min, SpO2 92% on room air, BP 67/40 mmHg, HR 150/min, BT 36.5 C. Chest auscultation was clear and equal breath sound with intercostal and subcostal retractions. Others were unremarkable. CXR as shown.

He was treated as congenital pneumonia and the repeated CXR at 3 week-old as following.
