Case 49 : Quiz of Jan 2018
A 1-year old girl presented with persistent cervical lymphadenopathy at left posterior auricular area 4 months ago. She was treated with oral antibiotics for 2 weeks from a private clinic. After that she did not come to clinic for an appointment.
Four days prior to admission, she presented with low grade of fever and mild dyspnea. PE: BT 36.5*c, RR 48/min, SpO2 98% at room air. No chest retraction and both lungs were clear.
